Ok, Mrupupup says that one of the top sunset spot in Singapore is at the coastline along the Marina Bay field area next to the new Singapore Cruise Centre. The sunset was awesome with the backdrop of the cranes, containers from the seaport and the stunning business district skyline. Mrupupup was there to see the sun set slowly during the golden hour. Check out the photo below.

Tulip Mania at Gardens by the Bay Flower Dome

Image
Tulip Mania is on now at the Gardens by the Bay Flower Dome in Singapore. As Singapore is a hot and humid country, having to see tulips growing and well maintained in an orderly fashion is an exciting thing. Mrupupup went to see the tulips growing in the Gardens by the Bay and came back with many nice photo shots. Mrupupup loved the tulips and reminded the experience looking at the wild tulips grown in Holland. The Windmills were also nice touch in the Tulip Mania display. Mrupupup looked at the Dutch houses and had a bit of nostalgia of the experience holidaying in Amsterdam. Tulip Mania very nice and the tulips on display till 4 May 2014. Thanks Gardens by the Bay for the trip to view the beautiful Tulips.

Ernest Brook II's Book Launch on Diving and Photography TUBA Event

Image
Mrupupup recently attended an interesting event in the IndoChine Forbidden City, Clarke Quay Singapore. The event was a book launch by a famous photographer, adventurer cum diver from the United States - Mr Ernest Brook II. This event was part of the ADEX 2013 expo for the Asian diving community.  TUBA means The Utimate Dving Afair! Mrupupup found the book launch and presentation of Mr Ernest Brooks II's life & photographs very interesting because he took many nice black & white photos of the underwater world e.g. sea lions, fishes. Well, Mrupupup took some pictures of the event. Pretty good and I got a copy of his book (although I am not a diver) and his signature. Yeah! Joss Stone in Concert: Mosaic Music Festival Singapore 2013

Image
Mrupupup had the privilege to sit right up in the front row to hear and see Joss Stone, a UK Grammy Award winner. She sang her heart out in the Mosaic Music Festival in the Esplanade Concert Hall over the weekend. Joss Stone was a strong singer and she engaged her audience. She made the audience stand up at her last few songs. First time in Mrupupup's life to see the whole Esplanade crowd stood up for a singer. Joss Stone was really GOOD! Loved every song that she sang and she was soulful and pretty too. Enjoyed the  pictures which Mrupupup took while seating at the very second row and in front of Joss Stone. She rockzz!  Hey, at the very last part, the drummer threw away his drum stick and Mrupupup managed to catch one of the drum stick, so lucky! At the end of the concert, Mrupupup had a red wine and admired the branded drum stick. Very good evening!
