Behold a fortuitous feast by Amara Singapore’s team of dedicated Chinese chefs, all prepped to serve you dishes symbolic of prosperity, fortune and happiness to your family and relatives. On the 15 February 2018 from 6pm at the Grand Ballroom, the one-time reunion dinner is opened to all guests celebrating this Lunar New Year’s 2018 Earth Dog. Guests can look forward to the tossing of salmon yu sheng, where the ingredients are exquisitely arranged in the shape of a dog. The reunion dinner is followed by a sumptuous line-up of culinary haven with affordable 8-course menus which guests can choose from. The Golden Prosperity at S$68++ or Joyous Abundance at S$88 per person with a minimum of six persons per table. For that extra posh and private dining experience, guests can take up the Imperial Fortune reunion package at S$1,888++ for a table of 10 persons. Marina Bay Singapore countdown 2018 would be a fun day out for families with lots of activities on 31 Dec 2017. Activities like hourly fireworks display till midnight, zumba dance at the lawn area, picnic on the floating platform, music and movies screening at the Esplanade area. IZA Restaurant at Siglap Singapore

IZA a new restaurant opened recently in the trendy Siglap area. Iza your locaal Izakaya Bar is located at 695 East Coast Road. The people behind The Skewer Bar in Geylang works in collaboration with this new place to come up with a trendy and new menu. Mrupupup went to Iza to try out the food and was pretty yummy. Loved small bites Japanese skewers. This place sells Singapore infused menus with things like Hai Bee Hiam (kind of local spicy shrimp). Another example of fusion way of coming up with dish like putting salted egg into the chawamunsi (Japanese steam egg dish). Another dish would be a the Tomago Otah which had egg rolls wrapping otah pieces (yummy)! The place and food was nice and Mrupupup enjoyed the relaxing nature with cold Asahi beer and Japanese skewer sticks made it a nice evening spent with friends.
