Thye Hong Fried Prawn Noodles (Hokkien Mee)

Thye Hong Fried Prawn Noodles (Hokkien Mee) at Food Republic Nex Mall is nice. Mrupupup likes Thye Hong Hokkien Mee because of the flavour and the fresh ingredients used like prawns, squid and pork. Thye Hong also cooks fried kway teow and fried carrot cake. Mrupupup loved to see the chef cooking in front of you while lining up to buy their food and the chefs looked cool in their straw hats. The fried prawn mee was served on the traditional bamboo leaf which helps to give a better flavour to the noodles. Check out the photos below.
