May the Fourth Day 2014 Star Wars at Jurong Library

Mrupupup had an interesting day at the Jurong Regional Library. Why? Because May the Four (Force) be with you event was held at Jurong Library to help remember the good times Star Wars Movies had on the generation of adults.

The event was great with Dark Lord (Darth Vader), Storm Troopers, Jedi Knights and Imperial Soldiers gracing the event. The Library also had space to showcase the Star Wars toys, had a special screening of the making of Kenner Star Wars toys, Helmets designed by artists and great photo taking opportunities with the Star Wars troops from Legion 501 (Singapore).

Really great fun event! The kids were having fun and talking to their parents on the Star Wars toys. Great event kudos to the organisers and the National Library Board! May the Four (Force) be with you!

Baker Talent - Very new bakery!

Mrupupup spotted a new bakery in the Serangoon Central area (Singapore). Baker Talent Bakery is located in Blk 261 Serangoon Central and bakes a certain type of bread with butter or blueberry in the middle. When Mrupupup order the breads, the taste was nice and soft. The breads are on promotion now, where got bread in Singapore sell for 60 cents, very cheap. Baker Talent also has many new flavours - peanut, tuna, custard, custard egg (very nice when eaten hot!), polo bread. etc. The Bakers are talented to make nice and cheap bread.

Trip to Seoul - Incheon Airport food court

Mrupupup went to Seoul, South Korea. It was a great trip. I loved Seoul after since the K-wave swept through our TV screens. Many things to see in South Korea. Here goes the trip day 1. Landed in Seoul transit via Kuala Lumpur. The airport in Seoul is pretty clean place. You can check out the eating place 'Food on Air' that serves decent Korean food at good prices. Go to the basement level of the arrival hall of the airport. The basement food court of Incheon Airport served a nice set of dumplings and bibimbap for late breakfast or lunch. Pretty nice and hot food after a long flight.
