Mrupupup discovered new fashion and Oishii Japanese desserts at the event held in the Japanese JRunway Store - Plaza Singapore #01-54. Well, Mrupupup had a nice Japanese cake and ate it! Mrupupup loved Japanese things! Loved the Japanese cake dessert which came in a beautifully wrapped box. Mrupupup impressed with Japanese culture! Oishii at JRunway was a nice event and Mrupupup got to understand more of Japanese fashion, sake, desserts. Pretty good way to spend an evening in Singapore. Mrupupup attended Uniqlo Stretch Jeans launch at Ion Orchard. The whole launch event was a snazzy affair and very nice. Uniqlo really wanted to do well to launch their new product Stretch Jeans. At the event, there were TV stars (Joanne Peh and Rebecca Lim), models, fashion show, food, and a very cool string music quartet (Piezo String Quartet). The best part was Uniqlo gave us $50 voucher to spend in their Ion Orchard store and happily Mrupupup got a shirt and many coloured socks! Very nicely done Uniqlo. Check out the photos and videos. Mrupupup invited to attend the Jay Gee Style Challenge cum Style Workshop at Bugis Plus Mall. Loved to see the contestants challenging each other in the latest style sponsored by shops like Denizen, Levis, New Look and Dockers. Mrupupup also learnt from Steve Thio (Singapore Style Guru) on how to be in style with clothes - never knew checker prints are in fashion and we can wear two collar shirts together. Great to see TV star Jade Seah and DJ Justin Ang. Very fun event! Mrupupup learnt much on style and great seeing contestants dressed in the latest fashion. Good day! Thanks 8 Days.

Abercrombie and Fitch (A&F) is in Singapore. The fashion store A&F has parked itself in the Orchard area. The American casual wear A&F is located at Knightsbridge Mall at 270 Orchard Road. This store is the first in Southeast Asia and opened in December 2011. A&F store showcases the casual wear and also their marketing ploy by having a topless male model at the entrance of the store. The interior of the A&F store is dark and got lots of spotlight on the clothes and enjoy the loud music besides all the pretty nice A&F clothese on display. Enjoy the photos.

G.O.D- 'Goods of Desire' is a lifestyle store based in Hong Kong thats sells interesting designer ojects, home furnishings, tableware and furniture. G.O.D. in Cantonese "to live better" (住好o的). Well, the G.O.D store would be setting up a branch in Central Mall, Singapore, likely end of June 2012. Take a look at the interesting Red Lamp Shade that became a sitting place for people in Central Mall. Got a free pair of Onitsuka Tiger Shoes - Monte Pokhara.  The Monte Pokhara is an original release from Onitsuka Tiger dating back to the 1950s. Onitsuka Tiger is the forerunner of the Japanese shoe brand - ASICS. The name of Monte Pokhara signifies the shoe model's basis as a mountaineering shoe and combines urban design style with a strong and robust spirit of adventure, much like the sprawling Nepalese tourist city of Pokhara. It's happening here in Singapore the Asia Fashion Exchange 2012 (AFX). The May 2012 event positions Singapore to be the leading fashion hub in Asia. Cool. I always love fashion! Attended the Audi Fashion Show and Blue Print in the outdoor arena at the Ngee Ann Civic Plaza in 2009. Wow, there was a super cool Fashion Steps Out @ Orchard - fashion parade in the heart of Orchard Road Singapore. The famous Orchard Road was closed to traffic for various models to 'walk' their fashionable clothes. It was super cool! Many people lined up the street to see the models and the clothes were nice.
