Angry Birds Cable Car

Image
MrUpupup just love the Angry Birds Cable Car in Singapore. It is a world's first to have an Angry Birds Cable Car. Just loved the Angry Birds characters. When MrUpupup was in the cable car, there was a large red Angry Bird, nice Angry Birds decorations and a cute Angry Bird video playing in the cabin. Super cool! The Keppel Bay was beautiful in the glow of the sunset when viewed from the Angry Birds Cable Car. Go sit the Angry Birds Cable Car from Sentosa or Mount Faber, the Angry Birds will be around till December 2012. Wioooo weee..... Angry Birds!

Dallas Restaurant & Bar Singapore

Image
Mrupupup had a very special food tasting session at the Dallas Restaurant & Bar located at 31 Boat Quay, Singapore. The Dallas Restaurant & Bar serves great food! (ok. end of review because food realy great - just kidding). Dallas Restaurant & Bar served so much western style food items that Mrupupup did not need to eat for the remaining part the day. The eating place served us lamb sliders (mini-burgers), appetizers - calamari & fried mushrooms, pork ribs (got two types - love the Berri Pork Ribs!!!), pasta, avocado bacon salad, Dallas signature Quesadillas, fajitas, steak burgers, chicken tikka and so much more that Mrupupup just prefer to show you the food tasting pictures and let you salivate over. The Dallas Restaurant & Bar's food was very, very good and Mrupupup might consider going to eat there one day. The Dallas Restaurant & Bar is also a great place to hang out and enjoy your day in the Boat Quay area. Thanks to the Dallas Restaurant & Bar a...

Universal Studios Singapore Hollywood After Party

Image
Universal Studios Singapore introduced the Hollywood After Party for every Saturday beginning from the last week of July. The Hollywood After Party was fun and Mrupupup had time to do some dancing, enjoying the Mel Drive in Cafe, drinking, eating and just enjoying the music in Universal Studios Singapore. The music by the band was good for the night. Universal Studios Singapore turned into a big playground for people to club till 11pm. It was also great fun to wander into the Universal Studios gift shops. Loved the transformers, shrek and sesame street toys. Too bad the fireworks for the night was not available as the rain came. Mrupupup thank sponsor for the entry tickets to the party. Take note it would costs $20 per person for entry to the party in Universal Studios Singapore. Check out the photos!

Pepper Lunch

Image
Mrupupup had Pepper Lunch for dinner. Pretty great holding on to the sizzling pan. Mrupupup had the hamburger steak sizzling hot pan. Take note Pepper Lunch items are very hot. Once Mrupupup got the food, one would stir the ingredients together - steak, corns, vegetables, egg and all into one good mesh. If got any room in your tummy, you can try their other food menu like beef steak, salmon, chicken. Pepper Lunch has many outlets in Singapore. Just enjoy stirring all the food items in the hot pan. Have Fun. Check out the photos!

Kacang Puteh Man

Image
Mrupupup met a Kacang Puteh Indian Man at the Middle Road area - in Peace Centre. Kacang Puteh man has a small store to sell various forms of nuts: sugar coated nuts, steamed beans, broad beans, cashew nuts and many types of nuts. The Kacang Puteh Indian Man nowadays is so hard to find. Singapore's vanishing trades of selling Kacang Puteh might be lost in the generations to come. Each packet of Kacang Puteh (nuts) sells for $1 and it is freshly made. Mrupupup bought the sugar coated peanuts for $1. Very nice and taste unique. Missed those days when one would watch a movie with kacang puteh, instead of expensive popocorns.
