Just want to share that the Swiss Butchery has Chinese New Year items at their Tanglin outlet, which is located at 56 Tanglin Rd. It’s the same building as the Tanglin Post Office.  Their  popular delicacies like: Bestselling  Jumbo Roast Golden Chickens ($20)  are back with flavours such as Honey Glazed, Black Pepper and our latest – Teriyaki! Famous Roast Pork Belly ($28.80)  also makes a return with explosive flavours and succulent juicy meat that just melts in your mouth. If you prefer something more traditional, get the  Braised Whole Duck with Chestnut Filling ($68)  or Special Braised Pork Rib with Naga Chili ($48) . Toss in the New Year with their  Properity Yusheng Platter  ($48.80) which serves 10-12 people, and comes with either tuna or salmon. Brotzeit is also introducing their We Dare You! Brotzeit Challenge, a “Man Vs Food” sausage-eating challenge for a pair of friends to finish eating a half-meter sausage baguette together.
