1st run for the year- NTUC healthcare run on 27 Feb 2011 Completed the OMB Challenge– a 10km run followed by a 30 storey climb up NTUC Centre! Great fun and nice route around Singapore waterfront area, F1 track and beautiful 'sunkist' water along the Kallang riverside area.

Home is a place where I can sit back and relax. A home where the place is safe and enjoyable. Home is where my friends and family are. I love my Home, my Singapore. Take a look at my favourite Singapore 'Home' video.

The Green Hornet Movie- more funny than action packed. Enjoy the gags and interestingly it also stars Mr Jay Chou. He gets all the gong fu actions. Pretty good movie and the best part is I watch it for free!

Kuching in Sarawak is a nice place for adventure. Had a great time exploring the rainforest and checking out the Orang Utans, Silver Leaf Monkey, Fireflies, Probiscus Monkey and the Irrawaday Dolphins. The ride to Bako National Park was like a roller coaster! Also had a chance to see the Sarawak Cultural Centre, Kuching Waterfront, Bidayu Longhouse and Chinatown. Had great food like the Kolo Mee, Lok Lok, Topspot seafood, Imperial Duck and Sarawak coffee. Four Points Sheraton Hotel was a great hotel stay!

Early in the morning got mass exercise!
