Went in to this newly opened shop at Level 4 of Plaza Singapura Kazoukutei that sells handmade udon. The udon was served in a bucket and one needs to dip into the soya sauce bowl to slurp up the udon noodles. Pretty nice udon and we had it with pork Japanese style.

Ramen Santouka Japanese restaurant serves excellent ramen from Hokkaido. The soup base of the ramen and the pork slices were very nice. The place was crowded on a weekday.  Ramen Hokkaido with shio (soya sauce) base soup  Excellent set with miso ramen and rice with salmon eggs

Went to the Millionaire Mind seminar in Singapore. Well, it was free and no harm checking it out. The was a positive talk from T Harv Eker, author of the Millionaire Mind book. I learnt 'Yes or Yes' True or True' and 'Good or good'. Basically, life is what one makes out of it. Be 'Positive or Positive'. Free seminar was good and if one wants to sign for additional training, it would be really expensive. Check out the nice motivational posters.

Singapore Quarry is located right inside Bukit Timah (near to the Bukit Timah Rail Mall). The place comes with a nice pond and it is a very serene place with beautiful granite stone walls. Occasionally, one can spot an eagle.

XO Durian Chee Cheong Fun (Rice Rolls steamed) first time I tried it. Pretty nice. Like eating durian. Quite expensive at $5.20 per plate. If you like durian in varied forms, go visit the House of Rice Rolls and Porridge along Killiney Road Singapore.

Had a meal at Ootoya Japanese Restaurant at Orchard Central Singapore. Nice food and got an authentic Japanese feel.  Egg on top of a croquette, salad, chicken  Pork with rice, miso soup, lotus root Quite popular during meal times
