Roti Prata is a favourite food in multi-cultural Singapore. I had mine at the famous Roti Prata store along Casuarina Road in the Thomson area. The photograph showed the spread of crispy roti prata: plain roti prata and egg roti prata with curry (shown on the left). There is also thosai - a type of Indian food with multiple curry dips (shown on the right). This type of Indian food is best enjoyed as breakfast after a morning trek in the Lower Pirece reservoir. All the Indian food would be accompanied by a hot cuppa of Tea 'Terek' - a type of milk tea. Enjoy!

Enjoyed the sweet tart and butter cake from Flor cake gallery shop at Duxton Hill Singapore. They got a wonderful selections of cakes and I think all made by a Japanese baker. Prices are cheaper compared to other Japanese cake shops.

The speech, written by Jobs himself, is regarded as some of his best work. In it, Jobs summarized his life into “three stories” and urged others to pursue their dreams and see the opportunities in life

Singapore Formula 1 Night Race held 23-25 September 2011. Totally enjoy the atmosphere and the VROOM of the F1 cars. Love it! Singapore is a cool place.

Had the nice Ayam Penyet (Smashed chicken) rice in Lucky Plaza Singapore. The restaurant was packed with locals and tourists (especially with Malaysians and Indonesians). The food was good. The chilli was very hot and spicy. Had the chicken and squid set with special drinks.

Spotted this white Lamboghini car in front of Hyatt Hotel Singapore. Super nice!

The beauty of the orchids is for all to see at the National Orchid Garden located in Singapore Botanic Gardens. Check out the beautiful orchid photographs- in situ, macro state and portrait style.

Went in to this newly opened shop at Level 4 of Plaza Singapura Kazoukutei that sells handmade udon. The udon was served in a bucket and one needs to dip into the soya sauce bowl to slurp up the udon noodles. Pretty nice udon and we had it with pork Japanese style.

Ramen Santouka Japanese restaurant serves excellent ramen from Hokkaido. The soup base of the ramen and the pork slices were very nice. The place was crowded on a weekday.  Ramen Hokkaido with shio (soya sauce) base soup  Excellent set with miso ramen and rice with salmon eggs
