Saboten serves an interesting oyster dish with tartar sauce and slice of lemon. Very nice. Japanese oysters are delicious! Oiishi! Saboten Japanese restaurant found in Changi Airport Terminal 1.
If you want to buy snacks, one can go to One Huat Trading located at Blk 9 Telok Blangah Crescent Singapore 090009 postal code (located at the corner of the void deck HDB shop spaces and nearer to the hawker centre). The small shop space sells tons of snacks at good prices. If you are crazy over Japanese imported snack, local snacks, gummies or polo mints sweets, you can try One Huat Trading for their great variety of snacks. The shop sells many versions of Japanese Pocky boxes (those long biscuits coated with matcha or chocolate sauce). Have a look at the variety of snacks - pictures taken below. One more thing, the uncle is nice and friendly and would tell which snacks are popular and good buy. A money saving tip if you want to buy yummy snacks! Mrupupup just like to share good stuff from HDB estates Singapore, not paid advertising hor. Cheerios! Crunch..... Snacking time...... Crunch.
Mrupupup spotted a new bakery in the Serangoon Central area (Singapore). Baker Talent Bakery is located in Blk 261 Serangoon Central and bakes a certain type of bread with butter or blueberry in the middle. When Mrupupup order the breads, the taste was nice and soft. The breads are on promotion now, where got bread in Singapore sell for 60 cents, very cheap. Baker Talent also has many new flavours - peanut, tuna, custard, custard egg (very nice when eaten hot!), polo bread. etc. The Bakers are talented to make nice and cheap bread.
Mrupupup went to Seoul, South Korea. It was a great trip. I loved Seoul after since the K-wave swept through our TV screens. Many things to see in South Korea. Here goes the trip day 1. Landed in Seoul transit via Kuala Lumpur. The airport in Seoul is pretty clean place. You can check out the eating place 'Food on Air' that serves decent Korean food at good prices. Go to the basement level of the arrival hall of the airport. The basement food court of Incheon Airport served a nice set of dumplings and bibimbap for late breakfast or lunch. Pretty nice and hot food after a long flight.
