Had a rare chance of being invited to explore Singapore with Anthony Morse of Cable TV Host of Hidden Cities: History Channel. Want to thank Anthony Morse and AETN All Asia Networks for wonderful food, tours around Singapore and the chance to mingle with participants from Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Malaysia. The two days held on 4-5 February 2012 in Singapore was a fantastic experience and totally enjoyed it. Glad to blog about this sponsored trip!

Day 1: Blue Ginger Restaurant (Great Peranakan Food!), the Intan Peranakan House Visit, Singapore Duck Tour, National Musuem of Singapore visit, Makansutra dinner with stingray, oyster omelette, crabs and many good food
Day 2: Roti Prata Breakfast at Bencoolen Street, Singapore Zoo with Boat Ride, Straits Kitchen @ Grand Hyatt Hotel for Buffet Lunch (Yummy!), Caltex Station for Game, End with Nanyang Coffee Cafe at Chinatown area
