Keisuke Tonkotsu King Ramen at Tanjong Pagar

The little Japanese Ramen eatery, Keisuke Tonkotsu King Ramen, satisfied a huge craving of Mrupupup for Ramen (Japanese noodles). The little squeezy 18 seater ramen shop is located at Orchid Hotel Singapore, 1 Tras Street, along Tanjong Pagar area. Daily queues of at least 30mins are common for the evening meal at Keisuke Tonkotsu King Ramen. Mrupupup ordered the ramen (about $14) per bowl and slurped it all up. The unique thing about this shop was that it serve boiled eggs and customer could have as many eggs one could eat. The ramen was very good with a delicious soup base, golden egg yolk and nice piece of pork char siew.

Baker Talent - Very new bakery!

Mrupupup spotted a new bakery in the Serangoon Central area (Singapore). Baker Talent Bakery is located in Blk 261 Serangoon Central and bakes a certain type of bread with butter or blueberry in the middle. When Mrupupup order the breads, the taste was nice and soft. The breads are on promotion now, where got bread in Singapore sell for 60 cents, very cheap. Baker Talent also has many new flavours - peanut, tuna, custard, custard egg (very nice when eaten hot!), polo bread. etc. The Bakers are talented to make nice and cheap bread.

Trip to Seoul - Incheon Airport food court

Mrupupup went to Seoul, South Korea. It was a great trip. I loved Seoul after since the K-wave swept through our TV screens. Many things to see in South Korea. Here goes the trip day 1. Landed in Seoul transit via Kuala Lumpur. The airport in Seoul is pretty clean place. You can check out the eating place 'Food on Air' that serves decent Korean food at good prices. Go to the basement level of the arrival hall of the airport. The basement food court of Incheon Airport served a nice set of dumplings and bibimbap for late breakfast or lunch. Pretty nice and hot food after a long flight.
