Tom's Citizoom Fishball Noodle Lengkok Bahru

Mrupupup discovered at Blk 57 Lengkok Bahru there is a very nice fishball noodle stall - Tom's Citizoom's fishball noodles. This fishball noodle stall attracted a very long queue. Think Mrupupup waited for at least half an hour during lunch time. Well, at $2.50 per bowl for their Mee Pok dry fishball noodle, it was pretty cheap and good!

The Mee Pok noodle was special because the stall owner fries fish cakes fresh and cuts them into slices just before he serves the Mee Pok noodle  The fish cakes were handmade, eaten hot and the fish cakes were oozing with juices and bouncy. The Mee Pok had a springy texture which was delicious! Oh, one more thing, the fish balls were also handmade and could tell that it was made with fish paste. The stall owner also sprinkled crumbled fish crackers on top of the noodles which made it an interesting crispy blend of noodles. Also do try the fried wantons ($3) which were a good compliment to the noodles! Pretty cheap and good meal! Do go early as the stall closes mid-afternoon (8.30am to 3pm, closed on Sundays).
