So exciting. Mrupupup's photo was exhibited at the Chan Hampe Galleries located at Singapore's historic Raffles Hotel #01-20, North Bridge Road. My photograph is part of the SIM University's Learning Festival -  top 25 selected photographs on the theme 'leadership'.  Mrupupup just felt a sense of achievement and satisfaction of having my photograph exhibited in a nice gallery and in the grand Raffles Hotel. Well, Chan Hampe Galleries will hold the 'SIM Snapshot on Leadership' exhibition till 13 October 2012. Truly felt great that Mrupupup's photography skills could compete against the more established photographers in Singapore. Very nice!

Mrupupup went to see the Kinectic Rain structure in Changi Airport Terminal 1,which is near to the airlines check in counter. The Kinectic Rain is really fascinating and Mrupupup wonders how the raindrops can move in tandem. So beautiful and nice. You can also check out the 3-D art installation at Changi Airport Terminal 3. The Perks of being a Wallflower is a very new movie. Mrupupup went to the preview of this movie at Shaw Cinema. This movie had a beautiful story line. Loved the acting by the stars and enjoyed the joy, sadness and vulnerability displayed in their acting. The story was set in the US about boy named Charlie who found friends like himself, a misfit in school. Charlie found a boy and a girl and they hang out together in their high school years till they graduate. The story tells us of the innocence in the teenage years, friendship and feelings of being "We are Infinite" when they were young. A beautiful story and Mrupupup enjoyed the movie. Loved the scene whereby Charlie and Sam would travel in the tunnel and stretch out their hands to reach the sky as their truck they were in sped pass along the highway. 7 Eleven is Mrupupup's happy partner when one needs their favourite items like snacks and drinks. Well, Mrupupup went to the nearby store to stock up on Straits Times (need to read up on the latest social media news from old media!), 8 Days magazine (catch up on TV stars gossip) and Snickers ('peanut butter' flavour- to give energy to read so many articles!). Just fun to visit the 7 Eleven store. Check out the pictures of things Mrupupup bought and leading brands in 7 Eleven (even got Halloween stuff). Pretty good - got promotion $3 for two 'peanut butter' snickers bar plus newspapers and 8 Days- all set for a brand new day. Just dreaming that I can visit Japan - the land where convenience stores are abundant including the 7 Eleven store and Mrupupup just wants to walk in and purchase from a 'Japanese' 7 Eleven store in Tokyo! Oh, so dreaming.... Thanks 7 Eleven - hope my dreams will come true.

Mrupupup spotted a couple having their wedding shots taken in front of the Peranakan Museum Singapore along Hill Street. The wedding couple seems so happy and spontaneous! Happy photographs makes for long lasting memories. Attached some shots by Mrupupup attempting to be a 'pro' wedding photographer. Smiles, it's your wedding!

Soho Coffee is a new coffee place at Hill Street area (Loke Yew Street corner - near to the Peranakan Museum). The Soho Coffee place is a very relaxing place. Mrupupup ordered the cafe latte ($5) and green tea latte (very nice flavour - $6.50). Mrupupup loved the music, the ambience and lovely service. Mrupupup also enjoyed the decor of black and white photos along the wall.  Overheard at the next table conversation among three ladies in Soho Coffee : "Wah, this place totally relaxes me with nice coffee and beautiful jazz tunes in the store." Indeed, Soho Coffee place is a great way to spend a weekend afternoon and the place is not too crowded - loved the quietness. Do take note, the place closes early at around 6pm and serve western food dishes also. Enjoy the cuppa of latte!

Max Brenner Chocolate Shop serves very nice chocolate drinks. Mrupupup went to the 112 Katong branch (#01-05) of Max Brenner and had a hot chocolate drink (about $6-7). The taste of hot chocolate drink was full of flavour in the special Hug Mug and loved the taste of cocoa in the mouth. Very nice! Service was good and fast. This outlet was not very crowded during weekend evening time and Mrupupup just enjoyed the hot chocolate drink sip by sip. Very nice way to pass the evening and listening to people's conversations while they enjoyed the wonders of chocolate. Mrupupup saw a particular group of ladies pouring over hot chocolate on their lava cake. Just pure 'bliss' watching the hot chocolate melting in theirlava cake.... oooooooo very nice! Life is beautiful when there is chocolate!
