Sushi Express at Citylink

Image
Mrupupup first time tried out Sushi Express (food chain originated from Taiwan) located at Citylink Mall (#B1-23 - near to adidas sports store), Singapore. Why first time? Because the queue is very long! That friday evening- Mrupupup got to brave the queue for 45 minutes and find out why the place was so popular. Mrupupup could find two reasons for Sushi Express's popularity - cheap and decent sushi & sashimi. Where to find in Singapore $1.50 plates for all Japanese conveyor belt food?  Sushi Express had salmon sashimi, sushi of various types and many more..... All the dishes at $1.50 per plate (excluding service charges). Mrupupup just ate about 15 plates of sushi express! Too much salmon in Mrupupup's belly, burp! Nice prawn sashimi - quite sweet & fresh All Sushi at $1.50 Conveyor belt sushi Look at the pinkish fresh salmon Rows of salmon sushi - fresh on the conveyor belt Full house @ Sushi Express

Anyway, let Mrupupup give a breakdown of each dish served at the wedding dinner. While writing this blog post, Mrupupup's stomach was feeling HUNGRY!!!! Oh no, could Mrupupup turn back the clock? Yummmmy!   First dish - multi dishes: squid, chicken, melon salad, jellyfish, rolls, mushrooms     2nd dish: Wasabi prawns and Egg yolk prawns (wow!)   Prefer the wasabi prawns- limit to one prawn from each side     Love the red lanterns   4th dish: Shark fin soup (big chunks of shark fin). If you are an environmentalist, you would not eat! Yummy!   5th dish: Fish done very well with no bones
